People to Thank

Today was actually the big day. Final preparations- picking up the RV, loading it, errands, mingling with friends and neighbors. Lunch at Perkins??
What could be better?
We managed to pack it all in with minimal fuss and arguing. We are a GREAT team!!
Lest we forget, a debt of gratitude is due to those who helped us on our way- the fine folks at RoadBear RV in Middletown, NJ- we highly recommend them to anyone considering an RV Rental. Worth the drive!! Our good friends and neighbors (you know who you are) who helped us solve a last minute dilemma of how to power the WI on the road (not to mention providing us with the GPS). Our friends who came to the Bon Voyage party IN THE RAIN (and the Junkins had to kick them out because we still had packing to do- you guys made our night) and many others who wished us well and safe journey!!
Let's not forget the Junkin's neighbors who listened to the 'purr' of the generator and AC for six hours!!
The road trip starts at 6:30 am (or so).
